Brief Description:	Preparing rudder skin for dimpling.
Removed the blue vinyl from the underside of the rudder skin. Then I cut strips of blue vinyl from around the rivet holes with the soldering iron so the holes can be dimpled. This is a time consuming process. Next I deburred all the holes in the rudder skin.
