Brief Description:	fabricate radius baffle gussets
These were kind of fun. The inside corner of the forward air ramps and cylinder baffles get a conical gusset. I fabriated these from .032 sheet. First I made templates from semi-rigid cardboard envelope material. I traced them to the alumium, cut them out and starte to shape the riveted edges with clamps over the corner of the table. I formed the curve by hand.
