Brief Description:	Install Tail Tie Down
I installed the fabricated AEX tail tie down and riveted it in place. I left open four holes that are lated through bolted with the vertical stabilizer. I also finished off the flush skin rivets to the F712 double rear bulkhead which were left un-done (presumably for those opting for a tail-wheel whereas this rear section is slightly different.
