Brief Description:	Wingtip Lighting
Mounted the Aeroled Wingip Nav/Strope Lights to the fibergalss wingtips. I shaped a sheet of .032 alclad aluminum to the lighting housing on the wingtips. I did this by clamping a sheet to the table and hand bending the crease. Next I layed over the wingtip and traced the radius edges from the underside. I cut using a tin snips and deburred the edges of the aluminum sheet on the drill press scotch-brite wheel. I glued the aluminum tip reflector to the fiberglass using Ultra Grey silicone gasket maker. I drilled the holes for the light mounting bracket and used click bond fasteners to secure the mounting bracket with a 6-32 screw. I secured the LED devices to their mounting brackets by tightening the set screw and re-installed the lens covers.
