Brief Description:	match drilling of empennage
After over drilling threerivets on the left side of upper fin(looking from rear of plane) I talked with Vans and will rivet those holes with overiszed flush rivets. I have match drilled the line of holes to the end of the fin with #40 drill which is correct for AD3 - 3.5 rivets or 3/32.
