Flap Drive Rib Assemblies |

Used a unibit to enlarge drive plate flight control linkage pilot hole to 3/16" size on each plate. Positioned flap drive plate on to rib to for each flap then drilled #40 size rivet holes in each plate and respective rib. Next I enlarged the rivet holes to #30 then deburred the holes on the plate and ribs.I sanded the drive horn plate. Finally I riveted each drive horn plate to it's respective rib completing my first assemblies! |
