Brief Description:	Aileron and Flap Supports
Looking over the welds on my aileron and flap supports, there are some that I was not satisfied with. I ended up grinding them out and prepared to reweld them. I also checked my jig for welding the supports. It was out of square by about a 10th of an inch. I believe the 1" angle is too small. It deforms too easily. I rebuilt the jig with 2" angle and added a cross peice so the jig could not deform. I placed two squares together and clamped them at 31.6" and then positioned the uprights with the squares clamped them and welded them. They are square. Will reweld and stress relieve tomorrow.
