Brief Description:	Aileron/Flap Hinge Mount
Cut 0.080 steel for hinge mount washers. Attempted to use lathe to shape 0.080" squares. Attempted to pre-shape with grinder. Decided it would be easier to weld the blanks to the 1" tubing and then stick it in the lathe. Cut 1" long 3/8" x 0.090" and 7/16" x 0.090" tube for hinge mounts. Discovered that Wicks Wingsteel order, yet again, shorted me material. Will have to order more 7/16 x 0.090" 4130 tubing. Welded 0.080 washers to 3/8 x 0.090 x 1" tubing stuck it in the lathe - worked great. Also cut misc 0.080" steel parts while roughing out washers. Fabricated and elded long arm on second aileron bell crank.
