Brief Description:	Add Piano Hinge to Seat Sling Panel
The seat pan was finished the other day, as was the initial locating of the center seat hinge section, which was only pilot drilled. Tonight, I up-drilled the center hinge section, and located, clamped, pilot drilled, up-drilled, deburred, and riveted the upper and forward seat hinge sections to the seat pan, which finished this subassembly.
