Brief Description:	Rear Spar Carry-Thru
Completed fabricaton of rear spar carry-through assembly, SNX-F03-02. The channel stock had previously been cut to length, trimmed on the edges for clearance, and the elevator control rod hole drilled. Tonight I positioned the adapter, spacer, and angle together using the 3/16" pilot hole as reference. Driled 3/16" holes to secure them together with the bottom edges and end edges all flush. Transferred this subassembly to the channel stock and drilled thru the channel. Also drilled 10 1/8" holes for rivets as shown in the detail in pic 2 below. Repeated for the other side. I'm supposed to bold this together with 3 AN3-7A bolts on each end, but I've run out of -7A's. Next, fabricated the carry-thru shear web, SNX-F03-08 (not shown). Had to rip 1.5" angle stock down to 1.125" on one leg and 0.5" on the other. Marked 1/4" in and 33 holes for future rivets. Did not drill the rivet holes yet.
