Brief Description:	Latch Plate Fabrication and Install
Cut SNX-F13-05 latch plate to length & width out of 3/16" phenolic stock. Cut slots using 5/32 drill and the existing slots in the upper longeron as a guide. Filed cuts smooth. Located and drilled 1/8" pilot holes in the phenolic for the purpose of attaching the latch plate to the upper longeron. Clamped to the longeron - step drilled up to 3/16". Countersunk and fitted AN3 screws with nylock nuts. As per plans there were 3 holes on each upper longeron that were to be updrilled to 3/16". Drilled to size. Just have to attach a doubler plate to the underside of each windshield bow hole and SNX-F13 will be completed.
