Brief Description:	Complete SNX-F15
Minor tasks to close out the plans sheet. Practice drilled another piece of phenolic to ensure that my 1" drill would in fact cut a 1" hole. It did, so I added nuts and washers to the flap drive phenolic blocks and cut the holes. Came out nice. Then, I located, clamped, drilled, and cleco'd the angle piece I fab'd the other day to parts SNX-F15-04L/R. Still have to updrill and countersink for flush rivets as per plans.
