Brief Description:	Painted right horizontal tail tip
I masked the right side of the horizontal tail (vertical still masked), and spread papers underneath the tail. Shot it with a coat of primer; waited 1/2 hr, then applied the first color coat. Waited about another 1/2 hour, then applied the second color-coat. At this time, the air was dead-calm. Of course, a front blew in, and blew a section of newspaper right onto the freshly painted tip. Argh. Fortunately, it's a relatively small area that I can sand and re-shoot in a few days.
