Well, mostly fiberglass. I sanded the turtledeck formers, then buffed with compound. Right side had an obvious area where I didn't shoot enough clearcoat, so I scuffed it up and re-shot with another coat. Of course, it ran, so I'll wait a few days to sand-down the runs, then re-compound that side. The left side turned out just fine. Wet-sanded the L&R wingtips and compounded them. In reality, it took several passes, and sometimes wet-sanding an area a second time, followed by more compound, before they were "good enough." Wet-sanded the left wheel pant. |
