Brief Description:	Sand/Prime Right Wingtip / Sand color-coat wheelpa
That right wingtip that has been giving me fits (continued to peel up like incompatible paint) I think is finally fixed. Sanded the dickens out of it tonight; got it about as good as the original bare tip. Gave a light primer coat; looked good. Waited about an hour and gave it a medium color coat. Still looked good. In 2-3 days I'll sand with 400, then give another color coat. I had previously given both wheelpants the first hack color coat. I had a few drips, so I sanded the drips and shot a second color coat on one; the other one had poor coverage on the underside, so I inverted it to give a better coat; will still have to do the top and sides.
