Brief Description:    Right Aileron Skin Drill / Counterweight Deburr
Not much progress for the time spent. Although, it was quality time anyway, since my neighbor/CFI came down to the shop to play with a junker compressor we found. So, in-between me working on my aileron, we'd dink around with disassembling this compressor, adjusting the fittings, etc.

Plane-related, I disassembled the counterweight assembly and deburred all parts, edges, and rivet holes. Re-cleco'd and is now ready to rivet.

Then moved on to the skin itself. Drilled pilot holes on all sides. Test fit the counterweight assembly. Had to remove and enlarge the hole (make it taller) to get a good fit. Otherwise, all the extra prep I did last night in positioning the hinge and marking the rib lines looks like it's paying off.
