Drilled skin-to-rib pilot holes, upper & lower skin surfaces. Up-drilled to #30. Set up jig to space hinge .057" from flush with skin; drilled hinge. Up-drilled to #30. Stripped protective plastic from rivet areas on skin. Disassembled all parts. Deburred ribs. Deburred all skin surfaces inside and out. Deburr hinge. Cleco all together in preparation for riveting.
