Brief Description:	Pilot Drill Right Flap for Ribs
Marked rivet spacing on leading edge (vertical) of right flap. Pilot drilled to #40 all holes, including the rib rivets marked-out last night. Positioned ribs (4) against the leading edge. Pilot drilled holes, cleco'd. This will secure the ribs into position for drilling the upper/lower skin surfaces to the ribs. Verified that red rib centerline visible thru skin pilot holes. Next steps: Drill upper/lower skin-to-rib pilot holes. Pilot-drill hinge-to-flap holes. Updrill all to #30, then remove, deburr, and rivet.
