Brief Description:	Crank Engine / Seat Belts
Finished filling the oil level. Cranked the engine over - quite awhile, I thought, but no oil pressure registered. I let the starter cool a bit, and rechecked the AeroVee manual to ensure it didn't put a limit on cranking time. Cranked the engine again for about 5 seconds, and the oil pressure came right up. Showed green on the bar indication as well as 40.6 lbs on the numeric indication. Installed the outer and inner lap belts so I could check off two add'l plans pages on the overall flowchart. Check'd comm operation with a handheld radio; transmits just fine.
