Brief Description:	Finish Vert Stab Hardware
Finished installation of hard-to-reach AN3 hardware securing the vertical stabilizer aft spar to the lower aft fuselage. Torqued hardware. Tightened and torqued the front spar of the vertical stab-to-horiz stab attachment. Re-installed rudder. Now I can finish filing the rudder control horn to ensure 25 degrees rudder swing.
