Brief Description:	Completed Horizontal Stabilizer
Finally finished the horizontal stabilizer. Started on May 24th - 2 whole months; roughly 84 hours. Had vacation in there and a few other minimal weekend efforts. Completed test fitting the right fiberglass tip to the tip rib; marked and drilled the holes for the aft tip rib. Disassembled, deburred, then fit back together. Riveted all together.
