Brief Description:	Horiz Stab Skinning
Aligned left horizontal stabilizer skin with ribs and spars; drilled to 3/32" and cleco'd the spar edge. Measured very carefully to ensure proper placement - appeared to be just about dead on. Fit / refit skin alignment about 6 times to ensure everything lined up the way I (and the plans) wanted it. Drilled and cleco'd all of the top side skin.
