More Panel Work |
|
|
Well, I thought I was going to work on the panel, then I realized that I really needed to have the breakers mounted, since they were the starting point for all the panel wiring. The breakers did not come with washers, just mounting nuts. On a prior paint attempt on the panel, tightening the breaker puckered the paint, ruining it, so I really wanted to use washers to protect. Of course, I could not find washers with a 7/16" hole that were anywhere close in OD to work. I finally located some with 1/8" hole, so I updrilled them. Then, I spent time figuring out the COMM harness wiring. Each headset jack assy harness was labelled, but not according to pilot or copilot. Dug out the VOM to check the pin-outs and determine which was which. Labelled correctly. |
