Tedious work; not much to describe. Finished deburring all of the t-deck formers for stations 1, 2, 3, & 4. Installed formers #5 and #4. Installed #1 formers; messed up reinstalling and had to removed and re-install again. The thick splice plate that joins the #1 formers is designed per plans to fit *behind* the #1 formers. This creates a 1/4" gap between the formers that is visible. I decided to create a "cover" plate for it out of .025" scrap aluminum. Used the splice plate as a template and cut it to fit. This way the main splice plate is as-per-plans, yet I feel this gives it more of a finished appearance. Getting close on the cleco's. I may have to increase the spacing between cleco'd holes in order to have enough for the remaining formers.
