Brief Description:	Final Deburr for SNX-F21
Good progress; all I have to do is rivet and I'll finally be finished with SNX-F21 Up drilled upper splice-plates-to-crosstie box to 1/8" as noted in picture 1 below. Also Up-drilled splice plates to longerons; took to 3/16" for AN3 hardware, also shown installed in picture 1. Drilled the lower splice-plates-to-lower crosstie and updrilled. Included spacer plate as showin in picture 2 below. Locate and drill clips to crosstie tie box (pic 3) & up drilled. Locate / drill / updrill elevator control rod support brackets SNX-F23-09 /-11. This took quite a bit of time; aligned with center of crossties since I'm selecting the lowered seat option. Removed all front crosstie vertical and horizontal channels & splice plates. Deburr all. I decided to rivet the clips to the crosstie box because it looked like it would be a tight fit later on once positioned back in the fuselage. Repositioned crosstie box. Installed four AN3-7A bolts thru upper splice plates (crosstie box bottom must remain off).
