Brief Description:	Rivet Shear Web / Seat Belt Attach / Upper X-Ties
Generally productive day. Partially removed lower skin to gain access to crosstie #2. Updrilled and riveted lower crosstie #2. Riveted lower crosstie #3 & #4 (previously up-drilled). Up-drilled lower skin surface AN525 bolt holes thru skin, longerons, and splice plates. Secured with 3/16" long reach cleco's. These will not be bolted until the lower skin goes on the final time. Turned fuselage right-side up. Riveted shear web to longerons (previously updrilled & deburred). Pilot drilled, updrilled seat belt attach brackets. Up-drilled partial upper crosstie rivet holes. 5 on each end of each x-tie get riveted now, and 7 more get riveted for each once the turtledeck formers are positioned. Removed crossties & deburred. Repositioned, cleco'd, and riveted. Still have to updrill & rivet upper crosstie #2.
