Brief Description:	fuel sending unit and leak testing
The RV10 uses float type fuel sending units. After forming the float arms in a way that they will travel the full length (top to bottom) of the wing I checked the resistance reading to verify that it was within a couple ohms of Van's recomendations. A few weeks after letting the sealant cure, I leak tested the tanks by inflating a balloon and observing any change in balloon volume and spraying the entire wing with soapy water. No leaks were found the fuel tanks!
