Another deviation from the plans. I decided to take the McMaster approach to sealing the door gap. Once satisfied with the gap between the door and door lip in the cabin top, I filled a sacrificial door seal with flocked cotton epoxy and pushed it on. This formed a perfect lip for the seal to hold on to. |
