Brief Description:	Center Spar Upgrade
Spent a lot of time doing this. It wasn't that difficult, just time comsuming to make sure I didn't screw it up. Thougt at first I might have had some wing attach bolt alignment issues but it turned out ok. Maximum clearance is .004. Might have 1 or 2 bolts that are at the max. I may decide to oversize those to .015 later.
