Brief Description:	Covering tail feathers
Eric, Jay, Jim and Michael continued work on covering the tail feathers. Eric demonstrated how to mark the surfaces for 2" reinforcing tapes and the process of using polybroush to attach them smoothly. We discussed the use of bias tapes for the curved areas and talked through the process. We were able to complete the reinforcement tapes for half of the elevator, smoothe the rough edges on the horizontral stab, and mark it for tapes.
