Brief Description:	covering tapes and control system
Terry, Eric, and Jay were at the hangar tonight. Jay focused on reaming holes, and attaching components of the flight control system. We now have the control column tied into the elevator push rod, and the flaperons. Still need to drill a hole to connect the flap handle, but are waiting until we have a better way to drill the hole (weird angle.) Also discovered that hte flap handle is controlled by friction, we are considering an improvement that will allow us some sort of positive detent or other mechanism that will hold the handle more securely than friction. Eric worked on finishing the reinforcing tapes on the horizontal stabilizer.
