Brief Description:	finish rib lacing, cut holes for seatbelts in seat
8 folks tonight. We finished the rib lacing on the left wing and made the first cuts in the seatpan for the seatbelts. We also discussed different ideas/ techniques to alter the seat to ensure it doesn't interfere with the flight controls that travel beneath it or fail in flight.
