Finished the installation of the ELT. I ran the line to the audio speaker, shortened the cable, and installed a new connector. Mounted the audio alert. Could not find the 4-40 nutplates that I bought at Oshkosh. Just used regular nuts. Hope I get around to installing the nutplates before I install the top skin. Will be a pain every 10 years to replace the audio alert battery. |
