I needed a really short coupled right angle drill and bit to fit inbetween the ribs under the seat pan. Had to make a path for wires. I took a standard bit from Harbor Freight, turned the shank down to 1/4" and shortened the shank so that the base of the bit fit flush against the right angle drill.
