Working again on the air filter. Trying to figure out what to do about the leading edge of the airbox. I got some advice from Vans Airforce. Just so happens that the aluminum part lines up perfectly with the bottom edge of the upper snorkel lip. So I carved a V slot in the fiberglass to straighten it out. I drilled our the rivets on the edge and sanded the fiberglass even with the aluminum. Then I applied four layers of fiberglass to fill in the void. Will sand smooth once it cures.
