Prepped and cleaned window mating surfaces. Rotated fuselage to make gravity our friend. Dry fit windows and installed alignment blocks. Cleaned surfaces. Applied adhesion promoter to window surface. Mixed B1/2 PRC . Applied thin "wetout" layer on windows and carbon . Then applied heavy PRC bead on carbon side. Installed windows, applied lead shot bags for weight. Formed a PRC radius along inside edges.
