Brief Description:	Left Wing Tank vent fitting and assembly procedure
Needed to spend a bit of time making sure the vent fitting can be assembled and disassembled once the tank is complete. Finally came up with a procedure that seems to work well. The vent tube needs to be bent a little before being inserted through the filler hole. Once the fitting and assembly is in place then straightening the bend with a rod through the bottom seems to work well. After a minute I could get the vent to seat flush.
