Layed out rivet pattern, drilled and clecoed right aileron. Made aileron horn and drilled and clecoed in place. Notice 1/2 inch spacer under tip edge of right aileron in pix. The half inch spacer creates a twist in the aileron which induces washout in the wing, causing the wing to tend to stall at the root first, leaving aileron (roll) control intact at the beginning of a wing stall flight condition.
