Brief Description:	Smoothed edges of 1 1/4 inch spar caps
I cut my 1 1/4 inch spar caps out of a 4 X 12 foot sheet of 1/8 inch on my panel saw at work. Its a beam saw so it is very accurate but I do have the teeth marks from the saw blades I have to clean up. My spars wont be back from the fabricators until next week so it gives me something to do on my plane until then.
