Pg.34-06 Step 6: Removed the Canopy from the Canopy Frame and deburred the holes. Machine countersunk the forward 5 holes on each side of the Canopy Frame. Pg. 34-07 Step 3: Final-drilled all the holes in the Canopy using a 1/4" - 1/2" unibit at the 5/32" step. Machine countersunk the holes along the front edge of the Canopy using a Permagrit countersink. Pg. 34-08 Step 2: Installed the C-1207 Guide Blocks. Step 3: Inserted the Guide Plate into the slot of the Guide Block and match-drilled the Guide Plate to the Canopy Frame using a #30 bit. Deburred and riveted the Guide Plate to the Canop Frame. |
