Reworked the Map Box. Attempted to install felt lining in the box, but had problems final-drilling the Map Box hole for LP4-3 rivets. The drill bit kept snagging the lining and tearing it, so I removed it. Next time I'll predrill the holes before lining the box. Marked and drilled the #30 holes in the Map Box door. Countersunk the #40 Panel holes and the #30 Map Box door holes. Flush riveted the door to the hinge half. Installed the door. Drilled the door, Panel and Map Box flange 1/4". Enlarged the the hole through the Panel and Map Box flange to 7/16" using a Unibit. The Camloc can be installed through the door by compressing the spring then passing one ear at a time through the 1/4" hole.
