Pg. 32-04 Step 2: Bolted the Flap Handle using the Flap Handle Blocks to the inboard Seat Ribs. There was contact between the Flap Handle Assy, the Fuel Line and Fuel Return Line. Step 3: Bolted together the Flaperon Mixer Arms, Flaperon Mixer Bellcranks and Flap Handle Pushrod.
