Pg. 34-08 Step 1: Machine countersunk the two holes in both C-1207 Guide Blocks for a #8 screw. Tapped the holes 8-32. Pg. 34-10 Step 2: Machine Countersunk the two holes in the C-1205 Latch Block using a deburring tool mounted in my drill due to the geometry of the Latch Block. Pg. 34-11 Step 2: Fabricated the C-1214 Latch Block. Match-drilled #30 through the F-1231F Latch Plate, trimmed the edges to match the shape of the Latch Plate and riveted to the Latch Plate.
