Pg 32-05 Step 2: Clamped the BUSHING BS .245 X .375 X 2 Brass Bushings in the vice and drilled the inside diameter to 1/4" diameter. Step 3: Filed the ends of the bushings to fit between the brackets on the Control Sticks. Step 4: Filed the ends of the tubes in the Control Sticks until the Brass Bushing when installed in the tubes the brackets clamped on the bushings and no the tubes. Step 5: Attached the Control Sticks to the Control Column. Pg 32-06 Step 1: Continued making the two Flaperon Pushrod Assemblies from the F-1265 Flaperon Pushrods and supplied hardware.
