Section 29 Deburred Map Box parts. Pg 29-06 Step 1: Removed the Upper Fwd Fuse Skin and clecoed the Instrument Right Map Box to the Upper Fwd Fuse Assy. Step 2: Clecoed one of the Map Box halves to the Instrument Panel Right Map Box and match-drilled #19 through the holes in the Panel Base into the box half. Removed the Instrument Panel Right Map Box and Map Box then deburred the holes. Step 3: Made the Map Box Hinges and Map Box Door. Drilled the 1/4" hole in the Map Box Door. Drilled the #30 holes in the door and Hinge halves.
