Pg 23-07 Step 5: Clecoed the Vent Brackets and Vent Doublers to the Fuse Skins. Final-drilled #30 the common holes. Step 6: Disassembled the parts and deburred. Step 7: Riveted the Vent Doublers and Vent Brackets to the Fuse Side Skins. Step 8: Riveted the Vent Slides, Vent Door Doublers and Vent Doors together. Step 9: Inserted the Vent Doors Subassemblies into the openings and installed the hardware. Pg 23-08 Step 1: Fabricated two 10" F-12117 Lwr Cowl Hinges from AN257-P3 piano hinge. Step 2: Made two 10" F-1201W Firewall Spacers from AS3-020 stock. Step 3: Aligned the Firewall Spacers and Lwr Cowl Hinges with the Firewall Bottom and match-drilled the #30 holes. Removed and deburred. Step 4: Riveted the Firewall Spacers and Lwr Cowl Hinges to the Fuselage Assy.
