Section 29 Deburred and primed F-1201H Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler. Pg. 29-02 Step 3: Dimpled then clecoed the Firewall spacers, Firewall Upper and corresponding nutplates together. Step 4: Countersunk the nutplate rivet holes and dimpled the screw holes in the Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler and Firewall Upper for #8 screws. Clecoed and riveted Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler and nutplates to the Firewall Upper. Step 5: Aligned and clamped the Upper Cowel Hinges to the Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler. Match-drilled #40 the holes between the Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler and Upper Cowel Hinges and deburred parts. Countersunk same holes in Upper Fwd Fuse Doubler.
