Section 21 Finished Deburring Bottom Skin. Pg. 21-16 Step 1: Dimpled the nutplate attach rivet holes around each access hole in the Bottom Skin. Step 2: Dimpled then rivet the twenty nutplates around the access holes. Step 3: Broke the edges along each side of the Bottom Skin. Step 4: Clecoed the Bottom Skin to the Fuselage. Step 5: Clecoed the Bottom Stiffeners to the inside of the Bottom Skin and verified orientation. Step 6: Clecoed the F-1268 Doublers to the Bottom Skin, Bottom Stiffeners and Center Section Bulkhead flanges. Step 7: Riveted Doublers, Bottom Stiffeners and Bottom Skin to the fuselage structure except for hole indicated.
