Page 33-02 Step 3: Attached the end fittings of the lap belts to the F-1217C Seat Belt Attach Lugs using the hardware in Fig. 2. Step 4: Attached the end fittings of the crotch straps to the F-1267A and F-1276B Crotch Strap Lugs. Step 5: Removed the VA-104-3 Knob; fastened the Seat Ramp Cover and Step Floor Cover using the hardware in Fig. 4. Reattached the knob.
