Pg. 31-13 Step 1: Trimmed the Static Line to 31" above the Panel Base. Step 2: Removed the male nylon fitting from the FN4MC-2 Nylon 1/4 Straight assembly. Step 3: Installed the nut, metal keeper, nylon collar and o-ring seal from the FN4MC-2 Nylon 1/4 Straight onto the male nylon fitting with three treads of the male fitting showing. Step 4: Installed the Static Line into the fitting after cutting the line squarely and deburring; marked the tube 5/8" from the end; moistened the end of the tube with water; pushed the tube into the fitting until it bottomed out. Tightened the nut by hand and gave it and extra 1/4 turn. The 5/8" mark did not show. Step 8: Removed the bolt holding the Inboard Rudder Pedal Block halves together. Inserted the bolt through the Wireway Bracket flange, then torqued up the bolts. Tie-wrapped the wire bundle to the bracket using the hole at the end of the bracket.
